Prices

The prices shown on the web site are for the sample shown. For Wedding Invitations the price includes the invitation as shown, a superior quality white envelope and printing of a standard insert. A line will be left for the name of the guest to be written in.

I am not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to be added to the price.

Daytime or Evening Invitations?

All designs can be either or! You can increase or decrease the size of the cards accordingly.  This all forms part of the consultation process.

Printing

Everything is printed flat against the page, the text does not appear raised.

You can choose any colour you want for the decoration.

Wedding Invitation inserts, the invitations, menu's, order of service and place cards can be printed in any colour. They can say anything you want! There are very few limitations. If you want a standard text or if you want something unusual or very personal.  Approval is always required for any batch of invitations!

Personalised Printing

For a fee of £35.00 I can print your guests' name on the invitation, place card, order of service or favour. Lists will need to be supplied in printed format.  This means the goods will arrive ready to distribute.

Delivery

I will send out free samples 2nd class post.

Samples made following the Sampling Service will be sent 1st class.

I advise customers to collect invitations if at all possible. If this is geographically impossible I will sent them out 1st Class recorded and very well packaged. There will be a charge at cost for this. This will again form part of the consultation process.

Lead Time

This is variable! I normally ask for 14 days from the final decision to delivery. Getting to the final decision can take anything from a week to 6 weeks! The lead time is very much customer driven so if you need something in a rush and can make decisions very quickly then I can respond. Please contact me if you have any further questions regarding lead time.

The Consultation Process

This sounds a nightmare but, put quite simply it is communication. Whether by e-mail, fax, phone or in person. It is a process to get the best from your design and Favour Maker experience. It is all about discussing colour, themes, ideas, loves, hates, hopes and requirements. All the things which need to be said to come up with the perfect item.

Sampling Service

For a fee of £10.00 I will design at least 3 unique items. This can be favours, invitations, orders of service, Menus, thank you cards or even place cards. These will be based on information which you provide such as preferences, themes and things which you have seen. There is no obligation following this process to place n order. I will never chase and always let my customers come to their own decisions in their own time.

Free Samples

I am happy to send out free samples to illustrate the quality of my work and some design ideas. Simply fill in the form above and I will try an accommodate any requests.

Continuity

Each item will be printed, decorated and cut individually. This means that there may be some subtle differences for example shades of hand made paper. This can not be helped and if you are looking for a batch of invitations which will be an exact copy of each other then this is not the service for you.

Ordering

Items can be ordered over the phone, fax or via e-mail.  There will be many discussions before I confirm your order and money changes hands. Orders will always be confirmed in writing by The Favour Maker.

Payment

I am only able to accept payment by cheque, postal order or good old fashioned cash!

For the majority or orders I will ask for 50% deposit and then 50% payment upon delivery. The payment will be discussed on an individual basis to ensure you know what you are paying for and when. This again forms part of the consultation process.

Satisfaction

I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied with their order however big or small. The consultation process reduces the likelihood of any problems as by the end of it, you know what you have ordered, how much it will cost and when it will be with you. If there are any problems, either big or small I will always endeavor to put them right.

I think that's it for now, but if there are further questions you need answering, please get in touch.
